It was an Eagle day today. First was this immature bird roosting next to the trail.
Then for a change of pace …

Snow Bunting
A winter visitor I had not yet spent time with is the Snow Bunting.
There has been a lone bird along the Tsawwassen Ferry causeway of late.
This Bunting certainly did not disappoint in any way.
It was very cooperative,
… allowing for plenty of close up photo opportunities.

Today I came across this pair of Bald Eagles.
I enjoy chances like this getting them doing something a little different.
