Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary\" href=\"http:\/\/www.reifelbirdsanctuary.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reifel<\/a>. While there were some Cinnamon and Blue-winged Teal around, neither were in decent spots for photos when I saw them. While watching the swallows at the northwest corner I noticed a lone Cliff Swallow, but it was too far off for a photo. Also present in the outer ponds today were over 100 Dowitchers.<\/p>\n<p>With the longer days now it was too early to head home after leaving Reifel, so I decided to check the North 40 again. While driving along Westham Island Road I noticed a blackbird I had not photographed in some time.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2201\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2201\" style=\"width: 398px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2201\" title=\"Brewer's Blackbird\" src=\"http:\/\/crazym.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/BRBL005.jpg\" alt=\"Brewer's Blackbird\" width=\"398\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/crazym.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/BRBL005.jpg 398w, https:\/\/crazym.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/BRBL005-99x150.jpg 99w, https:\/\/crazym.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/BRBL005-199x300.jpg 199w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 398px) 85vw, 398px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2201\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brewer&#39;s Blackbird<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Brewer&#8217;s Blackbird is regularly seen around the farm fields in this area.<\/p>\n<p>It was quieter on the warbler front than on my past visits at the North 40 today.
